Mission
VICCC’s goal is to create high-quality, affordable, educational, and nurturing care for very young children of income-eligible working families in the New River Valley.
Growing the Future

VICCC is a fully licensed, 3-star rated program (VSQI) that prides itself on going above and beyond minimum requirements. The program offers structured and creative activities, providing opportunities to explore early learning fundamentals, music, dramatic arts, movement, ecology, and an enhanced literacy curriculum.
A Community Resource
How does VICCC support our community...
Provides reduced cost child care by combining public and private funds through generous donations, grants, and government subsidies
Supports parents so that they may work, pay taxes, spend their wages in the local economy, and build self-sufficient families
Pays its staff a living wage and offers benefits to support quality teachers
Volunteers and Service Learning

VICCC welcomes volunteers in the classroom and beyond. By donating your time and efforts, we are able to provide service learning opportunities, class activity leaders, group volunteer opportunities, off-site fundraising, maintenence projects, and program development!
Change begins here.
Children learn, parents work, and families succeed.
